A big IT company has decided to undertake administrative initiatives in order to increase its executives’ efficiency, by reclassifying their job positions and roles.

The two companies have co-operated in order to reach the specific goal. The procedure regarded executives and department directors and has taken place in three phases, in Athens and Thessaloniki.

After the completion of the process the results have been presented and various solutions have been looked for, in order to improve inter-departmental communication.

The same results have been used to run an interactive team-building workshop, in order to reinforce performance management.

The company has reached its goal and has “smoothly” placed the appropriate executives in the appropriate positions.
