Positioning Greek company’s top-level executives to its new department abroad

A big Greek company with international activities decided to staff its new department abroad with some of its top-level executives. Those executives should have high administrative, change management and adaptability skills.

ISON undertook the task to suggest those executives that could respond to the demands of a leadership position.

It created a Development Center, supplied questionnaires and conducted personal interviews with all participants.

The results of the procedure were presented to the company’s management team and to the HR Director. Those results helped forming each participant’s personal profile in relation to the characteristics of the position. Those profiles were finally used to position the most appropriate executives to the new department, contributing significantly to the successful outcome of the overall project.
