For those looking for their first job, we have created a specialized program that presents up-to-date methods to find a job. It is a group program with a workshop character. It consists of weekly meetings, each one lasting two hours. 

The content of the meetings is the following:

    1. We identify your personal traits (strengths and points to improve)
    2. We research the job market.
    3. We find out what suits you and what you can go after.
    4. You choose: You identify, evaluate and select possible employers.
    5. You decide: you set a personal goal and an action plan to achieve it.
    6. You learn how to effectively present yourself with the following tools:

 - CV and Cover Letter
 - Interview and Negotiation Techniques
 - Assessment Tests and Centers

    1. You discover the secrets of communication with possible employers.
    2. You evaluate your communication with possible employers.


The program is coordinated by specially trained Counselors, HR Executives or the ICF.
