Change management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams and organisations from a current state to a desired future state. It is a project management process for dealing with changes introduced and approved within a working environment ensuring at the same time that people behaviours are managed in a way that positive involvement is ensured. 

Change management could be specifically dealt with strategic changes, technological changes, structural changes, human resource tasks, behaviours and/ or attitudes change. 

Organizational Change Management is a multidisciplinary practice and requires creative marketing as well as increased understanding about leadership styles and group dynamics and training initiatives for making people “critical participants”.
