This Website is owned and operated by or on behalf of ISON Psychometrica ("We", "Us" and "Our", “ISON” as appropriate in the context), registered in Athens, Greece.ISON is compliant to the regulations issued by the Authority for Protection of Personal Data and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Commission as on the 25 May 2018 and this site is operating under the Greek law.We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will not collect any personal data about you without your ‘Consent’ in certain instances, for example when you tick a box wishing to receive emails or newsletters or when you ask us to respond to a query or question from you, or you want to use our services via our  web sites.When you give us your personal data, it is implied that you are aware of what we intend to do with it and why it is required.In some circumstances we will use our ‘Legitimate Interests’ in a way which you might reasonably expect of us, for example, as part of our day to day business operations. We will ensure that this does not affect your data privacy rights, freedom or interests.Finally, we may handle your personal data under our ‘Legal Obligation’ to comply with any applicable laws.

ISON is a data controller and in some instances a data processor that takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal data very seriously. In seeking to ensure continuing compliance with new and extended requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are taking additional measures and implementing operational changes to further protect and secure the personal data we process.

i) Providing transparency - One of the most important aspects of GDPR is accountability and how we collect and use personal data. ISON has ways to ensure that we can provide better transparency to ensure individuals can enforce their data privacy rights.

ii) Security – We are continuously updating IT policies and procedures that provide end-to-end security from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in development.

iii) International data transfers - We will continue to ensure our contractual commitments to meet the requirements to validly transfer personal data from the EU to the rest of the world under applicable law.

iv) Training & Awareness - We are ensuring that continuous employee awareness and understanding of the GDPR is vital. For the continued compliance to it we are implementing an employee training program which is essential part of our induction program.

We collect personal data when you visit any of our websites, use your account or buyor use any of our products and services; when we invite you to events or ask you to update the personal data we already hold on you; when we need to process and fulfil orders; when you communicate with us via telephone, online or through social media; when you open an account with us; when you request a call back, follow-up with a query, or wish to raise a concern with us; when you complete any surveys, questionnaires or tests we give you access to; when you give permissions for third parties to share data with us; when you visit our website, including your full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to click-stream through and from our site; when you use your phone number to call our customer service; and when you place data in the public domain. We may also obtain personal data about you (such as your name, address and email address) if you are a customer of our business or you are allied anyway (i.e. as a customer or employee) to a customer of our business.We are committed to providing you with the best customer experience and to achieve this we may use data you give to us: (a) to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the data, products and services that you request from us; (b) to provide you with data about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about; (c) to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with information about goods or services we feel may interest you; (d) to notify you about changes to our service; (e) to ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer. Data privacy law permits this under our ‘Legitimate Interest’ to help us understand our customers through providing you with a high standard of customer service. By visiting our website and/or using our services, you agree to accept it “as is”, and refrain from any attempt to alter it anyway, or add content of any type without our explicit permission in written.

In order to deliver some or all of the services referred to above, we will need to process and store your personal data and may need to transfer it for such processing outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") to other employees or affiliated companies in Asia, Australia or America for the purposes of Improving communication and disclosures relating to ISON and its international business activities, or the fulfilment of customer orders and the processing of payment details. Please note that some countries outside the EEA may not offer the same standards of legal protection for personal data as countries within the EEA. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that such data is treated securely in accordance with this policy and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

We remove most of personal data provided by you as soon as services are ceased, and the personal data will also cycle out of our long-term backups after 24 months later. We will continue to store limited personal data about you (including transactions records) for up to 5 years for accounting, record keeping and administrative reasons. If we consider there is a need to store records for longer, for example when matters are subject to a dispute of claim, then we will retain the data for as long as it is required.We retain logs of emails as a record of our contact and for the reasons of handling revisions, complaints and for compliance monitoring.

We want to ensure you remain in control of your personal data by making sure you understand your legal rights as follows:

i) That we give you access to the personal data we hold about you.

ii) That we will not be using your personal data for direct marketing or profiling without your consent.

iv) That we will discontinue any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.

We may share your personal data to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ISON, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging data with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
